when i create sale order with reference to Contract,System issues error " profit center is not allocated for ZC Contract".Wat is the reason? Any one can help?

Hi Essar,

You can do 2 things for this:

1. Profit Centre is made as a Mandetory field in Incompletion log for the particular contract document what you are using. You can go to incompletion procedure in IMG and remove this field.

2. You can maintain profit centre for the material in material master, if you maintain data here then system will determine this automatically in contract.

You have to assigne Profit center to the contract, because the same profit center is going to populate in the sales order which is mandatory for the sales order.

With the help of Fi- Consultant you can find out the respective profit center and assigned it to your contract.
