Hello,

Not sure what you mean by "how to create the building blocks in SCM".

Here is the <a href="http://help.sap.com/bp_scmv150/index.htm">link</a> to SAP Best Practices for SCM. Under Technical Information >> Bulding Block Library you will find the building blocks per functional area and the links to each.

Here you will find the respective Configuration guide which can be used to setup the scenarios in your SCM system.

Building Block differs from industry to industry. You can search for relevant industry in SAP site.
