User Exit for Customer Society

We are working at a merger of societies , and for this.

I need to control customers by society , when I create a new customer in the new society AAA , i like to check the same fields of this customer in the old society BBB .

What user exit is necessary to modify when i create a new customer in a society ?

I have the same problem whit the master data of MM

Anybody know the process to merger two societies ?

What do you mean by "society"? Could you give the technical name for "society"?
