When applying the license to the Portal we cannot view the license information. I was able to install the license issued from SAP but cannot view the licenses after installing. When I click on the Installed Licenses tab the screen does not display legible fields, all of the fields appear to be tiny with no discernable space to display text. I know the license is valid however I am concerned that something may not be working properly winthin Visual Administrator.. any guidance would be appreciated. Has anyone else experienced this?
Simple fix, found it myself. Posting for others who may encounter the same---expand the window of Visual Administrator to allow space for the fields to properly display.
