How to get the message volume of the xi (to calculate the XI licence)

Former Member

Hi,

the XI licence depends on the message volume per month. How can I check this volume.

A SAP consultant told me, that there is a TCode or table, but he didn't know the command/table .

Can you help me?

Regards

Wolfgang

T-code USMM. Same one used for counting users. This breaks it up by SAP and non-SAP throughput, and is the one you use to report to SAP.

Hi Tim,

please use report SXMS_XI_AUDIT_DISPLAY

Check out notes 876614 and 871473

The information displayed is in my opinion better than the one of the mentioned

transaction

Hope it helps!

Kind regards,

Jaime

Hi,

By the way, in my opinion license is based on exchanging information with non sap system so you have to add some restrictions on selection screen if you are using sap-xi-sap connections.

Hi,

You can check the volume in runtime workbench (sxmb_ifr) in the performance monitoring. There you can aggregate it by month, day or another period.
