IDOC to file Scenario

Former Member

hi...., I am Varun.

I was configuring IDOC to FILE SCENARIO. I am trying to post (CREMAS03)IDOC from ECC to SAP XI.

So when i post idoc in ECC using WE19(TEST TOOL FOR IDOC PROCESSING). i am getting message as "<b>IDoc sent to R/3 System or external program</b>" and then it automatically asking for SAP XI login Details and when i gave the login detals, its coming back to WE19 screen and saying " <b>IDoc no. 0000000000687918 saved in database</b>, and its successfully saved in the database in WE05 but when i check in SM58 its showing as "<b>Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)</b>" in the Status Text.

Please help in resolving this issue.

I would appreciate if any one would help in resolving this issue.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Varun Reddy.K

Hi,

check transaction IDX1 on XI

it should have RFC destination to your SAP sernder system

check it's password - make sure it's correct

(this is for loading IDOC metadata in XI)

also described in :

Hi Michal,

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the entry that i created in IDX1, it has an RFC Destination which points to the sender system (here in my case sender system is ECC) and its working fine and logon details are correct.

Any other precautions or changes that i should take care of.

I would appreciate if you provide a IDOC to FILE scenario that would guide me in Configuring the Scenario Succcessfully and know where am i going wrong.

Thanks & Regards,

Varun.

Hi,

Go to SM 59 and in the RFC destination that is created for the XI system,

1, Make sure Current User is not selected.

2. Make sure user id and password is corect.

3. Try a remote log on and see if you get a successful log on or are you again prompted for a password? It should be a successful logon

Hi Bhavesh,

Thanks for your Reply, I have checked what ever you have told, everything is fine.

1.Current User is not selected in SM 59 that i created for the XI system.

2. Username, passwd is also correct.

3. Remote log on is successful

Any other things that i should make changes or look into.

can you please send a IDOC to file, a sample Scenario, may be that would help me, where am doing mistakes.

Thanks & Regards,

Varun.
