Automatical sending of Notifications and Maintenance Order trhough e-mail

Hi guys,

I would like know if, into PM module,there is the possibility of sending Notifications and Maintenance Orders automatically trhough e-mail starting from transactions IW22/IW28 and IW32/IW38(obviously whithout implementing work-flow module)..Thank you in advance bye

Hi Riva,

I don't think you can send a Maintenance orders automatically through email without activating workflow for it. as you need to define the org structure and hierarchy for sending the mails i.e. within SAP Mails.

Check for Action Box...

Using action box u can send notification data through email / fax...
