HI Gopalarao.,
ASAP METHODOLOGY:
ASAP is a clearly defined implementation strategy that ensures customers a quick & predictable implementation, regardless of size or complexity of environment.
Accelerated SAP (ASAP) is the implementation solution provided by SAP. ASAP integrates several components that work in conjunction to support rapid & efficient implementation of the SAP R/3 system, Industry Solutions & New Dimension Products. The components that make up sap are:
Methodology: the ASAP road map defines the phases of implementation process & supports these with a comprehensive project plan. The project plan comprises MS project templates providing complete work break down structures & resource assignments.
Tools: the ASAP process is supported by a comprehensive set of both PC based & R/3 resident tools.
Service: hotline, consulting, training, project reviews, SAP Net.
Project Related Knowledge like Project Management, Change Management, Risk Analysis & Review Programs.
Phase 1: Project Preparation
Phase 2: Business Blue Print
Phase 3: Realization
Phase 4: Final Preparation
Phase 5: Go Live & Support.
Project Preparation:
The primary focus of Phase 1 is getting the project started, identifying team members, & developing a high level plan.

Business Blue Print:
Business blue print is a detailed documentation of the results gathered during the requirement workshop. The purpose of this work package is to define the organizational structure using SAP organizational units, such as company code, sales orgn, etc.

Final Configuration: in this phase you confirm that all your requirements are met in the R/3 system. Final configuration is a transportation process that expands that base line solution.
Unit testing
Integration testing: cross functional
End user training material documentation.
Final Preparation:
In this phase, you complete testing, end user training, system management & cut over activities to finalize your readiness to go live.
Stress & Volume Tests: plans for confirming the production hardwares capabilities.
