User is not working

Hi all,

I have created a new XI interface. This interface send an idoc to the R/3 system and open a RFC that executes a function in the R/3 system. This function executes the transaction fv60 in this system.

We have tried with communication, service, dialog... user -all with sap_all, sap_new- but it does not work. The R/3 receives the idoc but it does not execute the transaction.

Could anyone help me with this? Is there any specific parameter that the user should have?

Once R/3 receives the idoc successfully, calling the transaction is the function of R/3. This is achieved using proper process code inside ur pastner profile

This is not related to XI
