Pricing procedure

In pricing procedure(v/08) for which condition type we check all three( manual, mandatory, static) fields. is it possible in real time?

hi gopal,

let me start with statistical, the moment we tick its for internal purpose meaning we post it into a particular account.

assuming there is some cost involved in carrying out a demo, say that should be booked to some cost may be for such situations you can use this kind of requirement where the cost is determined while carrying out the demo as we dont initially how would be spent.

so tick it as manual, and since its a must tick it as mandatory and since its for internal calculation purpose tick it as statistical. probably for it you can even use a subtotal to store this value.

But then, it only a way how you can do it. we do it in a different way. But as our friends shared already, we dont have any condition for which we tick all the three.

Hi Gopal,

I dont think we check all the three checkboxes for a condition type in real time.

Because if we are giving any condition as Mandatory that means it should be taken into accout while caliculating Net Price. So, we dont check those as Static.

Like wise if we are creating any condition type as Static then it need not to be mandatory or manual.

If you want to try like that then you can try with any condition type which is not cosidered for caliculating Net Value, because once you select Static for any condition type which is required for caliculating Net price. Then our output (i.e. Net Price) will be changed totally.

But as per my knowledge, in real time, we dont have such condition types where we check all the three boxes.

Hope this will give some idea.

there is no logic in checking all three fields.... try to know abt those feilds and how they work...

HI.,

We dont check all three fields gopal,For PR00 to make mandatory we check mandatory,For header conditions as they are entered manually we enter manual,For VPRS as it should not affect accounting and shouyld not post to GL account and it is only for informative purpose so we tick Statastical

In my 3 years experience, I have not come accross any such condition type. Ideally all 3 together, good point to explore.
