Deletion process on XI - what about entries with status 003

Hello,

we started the archiving/deletion on our development system.

As we added the interfaces to the archive process really late there are lots of entries in SXMSPMAST. So most of our entries were only to be deleted.

After starting report RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES (_HISTORY) most entries were deleted.

But some are left:

Status 003, PID CENTRAL.

Our persist duration is 1 day!

So from report RSXMB_SHOW_REORG_STATUS

19580 messages are ready for deletion after running the deletion job.

What´ s wrong here?

Hi,

Have deactivted the running status/ i mean to delete all messages we need to change mode to deactivate . Ihope ..see the below links

one of your links gave the solution!

OSS 872388, Question 11:

Report SXMS_REFRESH_ADAPTER_STATUS.

We had more than 17000 entries from IDOC communication which were reset with this report and could be deleted afterwards.
