CAD --- not able to log in thru' CAD

Hey gurus,

We just upgraded from 4.7 to ECC 6

now im unable to login via Autodesk Inventor?

however i can login thru' SAP GUI(Ver 640).

can u tell me what is to be done?

also cdesk tcode is not workign throwing an error..

Hi Niranjan,

This would be due to the patch level in SAP or Inteface Version may not support ECC6.0 so you need to download the latest version of CIDEON Interface which supports ECC6.0

Check even SAP GUI patch level

Give all these details to CIDEON, they will help you in right version/Release of CAD Interface

<b>i.e. Give SAP GUI 6.4 Latest patch level,

SAP System you are using ECC 6.0

CAD Interface Release i.e 3.6.0.0 <or> 3.5.0

Inventor version u r using ( 6 ---10) or latest SP version.</b>

Give all above details to CIDEON, they will suggest the right Release.
