Qm Automatic Inspection lot clearance

Dear All,

My client have one requirement.

For the self certified vendors they want to go for automatic lot clearance.

that is lot should be created and wait in quality inspection for some

defined time and the should be cleared automatically without any manual

intervention.

If this is possible with DMR.

kindly shown me the possibility with screenshots.

My suggestion is to use Quality info record for Material -Vendor combination.

Use inspection control-->No inspection.

Hi selvam s ,

As per my understanding for such materials in the material master QM -view in the inspection setup...........for the inspection type -01 (Goods receipt insp. for purchase order) <b>uncheck</b> the check box post to inspection stock ......then the inspection lot will not be created on GR & the stock will be moved to unrestricted use directly......

Thanks for your reply, but my requirement is, my client wants the inspection lot to be created and be lot should be cleared automaticaly for the specfied material, vendor combination. Is it possibe.( Not through DMR, or Qinfo record)

One more way can be you can set the dynamic modification rule for the inspection type in the material master (QM-view) for the material.......so in that you got the control on the frequency of result recording .......and the inspection will also be generated.........

Yes this can be possible using DMR.
