How sap Netweaver CE ,Netweaver 2004s works together?

NetWeaver gurus..,

We are getting all the functionality in 2004's(dynpro,caf,ads...).Except visual composer.Then What is the use getting another server CE in to the landscape??

SAP Netweaver CE is baesd java EE 5 and it supports latest technologies like

WS 2.0, WS-*, EJB 3.0, JSF 1.2, Service Data Objects (SDO) 2.1, JCA 1.5 and JSR 168..etc.it fully compatable with SOA architecture through which u can integrate hetrogenious landscapes.
