user needs to select order or credit memo

My user needs at a same to create either order or credit memo. let me know how to do this

Hi Mike,

Not sure what you mean. some how i undestand like this.

you want to create either SO or credit memo at same time at one screen.

this setting you need to make at VOV8 ie sales doc type details. there is some thing called control, alt.doc.type, you give here your credit memo doc type. Then while creating order, you will have the option what you are expecting.
