Quantity Contract & Sales Order(URGENT)

Hello Friends,

When I create a Sales Order with reference to Quantity contract following error i am getting but not able to solve the issue.

Sales order is being created but NO INFORMATION found when i display Sales Order

<b>SD document 477016 is not in the database or has been archived

Message no. V1302

Diagnosis

This message is issued if no document header (VBAK) can be found

(discrepancies in R/3) for a sales requirement single record.

System Response

In the initial sales order supply, the following error message appears

'Document xxxxxx not available' V1 302.

Procedure

If an error occurs in initial data supply in APO, discrepancies have

occurred between the requirements and sales documents in R/3. This

discrepance can be corrected in R/3 using report SDRQCR21.</b>

Hi Julie,

Can you check if the copy control for WK1 to OR is maintained in your system.

SPRO>SD>Sales>maintain copy control for sales doc

check if this is maintained to start with.

Hello Biju,

The quantity contract : ZQC and the Sales Order: ZOR

And i see that the Copy Control is maintained at Header and Item level.

Can you tell me what other reason might be ??

Hi Julie,

You said the SO is being created...Does the system generate a SO number?

Are you able to create a sales order ZOR with the same data without creating it as with reference to?

Another thing you can try with your ABAP person would be to go into debug mode and check if a Sales order number is being generated and if so is it being updated in VBAK table.

Please let me know ur findings

is your ZOR and ZQC is copied from OR and QC, or created your your own...it seems like copy control problemm if you solve tell me...
