Return code : 12 while transporting change request

Hi,

When i tryin to import a change request i am gettin a return code:12....i tried re-configuring STMS on my stand alone PC still no hope.

Can u plz help me wt actions can b performed.

Hello Malti,

Return code 12 usually means the transport tool problem. You can start with updating the TP and R3trans with the latest patch on the SAP Service Market.

What is the corresponding error message? open the logfile and drill down till you see that. To me it appears, that you try to overwrite an object, that has been edited.
