Status flag ok, message not sent forward

Hello,

I have two scenarios rfc->xi->file and file->XI->rfc. Both have been working ok for months but now suddently stopped working. XI gets the message through RFC call, but nerver sends it to the file. Same thing other way around with the other scenario. In message monitor messages are flagged to be ok. Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Was the R3 system restarted?

If yes, just make some dummy change to the RFC adapters abd reactivate the same.

Look into the respective file adapters and RFC adapters in Communication Channel Monitoring. What is their status?

Are all messages Successfully processed in MONI?

Communication channels are ok. For example rfc CC that comes in to xi says ok for processed messages. No processing of messages in file adapter that should forward the message to file. In MONI no errors: 'Messages processed succesfully'.

Its very strange. Can you look into your file receiver communicaiton channel in adapter monitoring for any errors? If there are no errors try out giving a restart to XI box.

Also, check if inbound queues are registered in SMQR.

Queues were ok too. We restarted XI and it works now.

Try to activate the Communication channel and Change the polling seconds in File adapter and try it out.

See whether the file adapters is active or inactive. Also make some dummy changes on the file adapters and activate.
