Post Installation of PI - PI template Installer not found

Hi,

I have installed PI with Ora on Win2k3 with SID[EP1]. After that, I wanted to do Post Installation and went to NWA/Deploy.change-> where the the system id shown there is 1J1 which has not been given to it.

Also, I could see the NWA dropdown for templates, but not PI.

Is it the problem with Installation or can change the SID. I am not even able to run the SLD template with that.

Please help..!!

I'm getting the same error during Post Installation steps for Pi 7.0.

Hi,

Please refer SAP Note 939592 - PI Usage Configuration versus Central SLD

"In case of a central SLD, manual effort is required. The CTC Tool reports

an error in configuration steps 7 and 8. Therefore all needed configuration

steps are described in this note."

PI postInstallation template run path:

http://<hostname>:500<InstanceNumber>/nwa

Choose Deploy

you will be find PI postinstallation template.

if you don't find PI template, I think you only manuale post-installation or installation PI again.

Thanks for the response.! But, what my problem is I have gone to the NWA and went and choose the deploy. In the Post Inst templates, we should find NWA and PI in drop downs.

I am able to see NWA template only and not the PI.

Other thing is that, on the Deploy page we should see the SID of the current system, where I am seeing some unknown SID, which I never mentioned. I want to change that SID also.

Seems that I have to go for mannual procedure for this particular installation....!!!

I haven't PI 7.0 Post-Installation Configuration Guide.

So far, SAP has not provided Post-Installation Configuration Guide ,but SAP provided XI 3.0 Post-Installation Configuration Guide.

I meet the same error while excuting post-installation.

When installing template, step 8 failed and error message is:

Element 'SAPConfigLib.DXI.Unclassified.configureIntegrationServer':Error during executing Java Reflection:CIM_ERR_FAILED: HTTP response code: 404 Not found

I have try some ways such as following the sap notes 939592, 939892 including create a business system, etc..

There is a little difference with sap notes 939892, mine is http 404 not found, and it is Object manager is not activated in 939892

Can you help me ?
