Approval preview shows Approved for rejected SC

Hi ,

We have extended the std Shopping cart nstep badi workflow with another branch and we have inserted anchor , to enable the adding new approvers and new reviewers and making the workflow step dynamic....in this process when an approver in the added branch rejects the workitem ...the approval preview doesn't say it is rejected ....it says approved.In workflow log ....says it is rejected.

It seems the dynamic part doesnot recogonize the custom part .

Please help me out...

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ? Are you using Item level workflow or SC level workflow ? standard or custom workflow ?

Hi Atul,

We are using SC level Approval.

Can u tell me the Transaction where we can specify the user(admin) to get workitem... when workflow doesnot find any approver to send the workitem...or any thing happens to that workitem.

You can fill the ADMINISTRATOR table in the BADI itself so that when the approvers are not found.Also have a look at the notes :790027 , 899943
