hi, Ansar,

There might be inconsistency for sapstartsrv.exe file in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and at exe files at the bothe location E:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS<num>\exe and E:\usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe.

Take the backup of the existing exe file from C:\WINDOWS\system32 and replace the file from the exe files

this may help you else revert to forum.

Hi,

I think your server0 process is down,

Post the server0.log file.

Hi Ansar,

I am sure kernel upgrade to the latest will help here...This is generic issue.

Please reward points if helpful.
