Making fileds mandatory in sales order

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to this forum.First of all I thank everybody in this forum.B'coz everybody is doing well.I have a scenario that I have to make some fields manadatory in sales order,I know this we can do it in SHD0,I want step by step process so pls I need ur help.Its very urgent.

Hi santhosh

as per your requirement use t.code SHD0

and then enter the transaction code VA01

and enter the transaction variant BUS2032

and select the programme SAPMV45A

and go CHANGE WITH PROCESSING (F6)

then continue to press ENTER, and change what ever u want to make mandatory or supress

Hi Santosh.,

Go to SHD0 and in order we have transaction varients go to one transaction varient and make what ever changes you wanna make like mandatory,Optional & assighn the varient in VOV8 in the particular order type in Transaction data last field varient & Save

Hi,

One way is to it with SHDO or you can also use incomplition procedure. It is the simplest way of hadling it.

In SHDO give the transaction code.Choose required transaction variant and screen variant. and go to details button.

Here you can mark the required field as Required.
