assigning o/p types to messages

hi,

i developed PO smart form & gave my smart form name &print program name to my functional consultant.he provided me output type after configuring in NACE .now what steps i have to follow in ME23N transaction.how to assign output type to MESSAGES&what parameters i should give in this screen to see print preview.please help.

Hi

Your functional should have defined when a message has to be loaded in po, because it usually be loaded automatically.

Anyway you can insert it manually by trx ME22N and press MESSAGES

In ME22N, change the document by adding this new o/p message under messages, by providing the other details and save the document.
