SRM Browser initial monitoring screen poping up again

Hi

When we try logon through SRM Browser and if i click any options on the left hand side like Request,shop,check status etc., i am not able to reach the appropriate page to shop or to view the open request and so on. Instead the same initial screen monitor pop up on the right hand side. Did i miss any settings.

Thanks in advance for your help. I am using SRM 5.0 (SRM plus)

Note 1038141 - SRM launchpad contains obsolete ITS parameters

Note 537700 - ITS errors

309771 - When clicking on menu entry, transaction wont be started

Note 1019384 - Multiple Sessions on WebGUI Transactions (Nervous Finger)

Note 725124 - EBP opened in a new screen (without browser buttons)
