Error in workload reassignment

Hi Gurus

Error message "The organizational data of the requirement could not be changed" appears during workload reassignment.

We're on extended classic scenario using BE purchasing groups.

I'd appreciate any help on how to fix this.

Hi,

a reassignment of workload is only possible <u>among</u> purchasing groups

belonging to the <u>same</u> purchasing organization.

The error come up, when you are trying to reassign between purchasing orgs.

Hi,

Reassignment of workload is also possible among <b>different Purchasing groups</b> and <b> different Purchasing organizations</b> as well.

You may have got this error when you trying to assign doucument belonging to Backend system to a Local system or other logical system , which is not compatible with document being used.

Try this with different set of target Purchasing GRP & ORG.

Hi,

Have you checked object BBP_WFL_SECURITY in the personalization tab of the role used by the id doing the workload reassignment. You can set it to high and then test again.
