Unable to play eclass videos.

Hi,

I am new to SAP. I am sorry if this is not the place to post this query.

Could anyone tell me how to play eclass videos. these videos do not play in my system. Do i need to download any software or any player to play these videos.

Check if you have the required codec installed on your WM player.

Also,Make sure you are on I.E 5.0 and above

Also, you have an option to allow SAP to check your system configuration for it to start playing the e-class videos
