I am having an issue with the unemployment form from the Indiana SUI tax form. This is being generated out of Tax report in the shape of a PDF form. The problem that we are having is this. When we print this off to a printer, the form appears to be just a black box with no readible data. Has anyone else experienced this and know what to do?
