do you mean certification of your (or your company's) product or do you mean certification in the context of consultant training ?

to start getting a SAP certified consultant please have a look at this page:

http://www.sap.com/services/education/

There under look for "User Education" and "Certification Program" on the left navigation column.

You first need to select your country location below and then get in contact with the responsible person within your country to apply for the education or certification program.
