Error:Mini SAP 4.6D Installation

Hi

I was sucessfully installed the Mini SAP 4.6D.And when

I was trying to login to MINI SAP ,got a below mentioned error.

Details are:

Partner not reached(host name....,service sapdp00)

Component : NI(Network Interface)

Version : 34

Return code: -10

Module : ninti.c

system call: SO_ERROR

Error no :-2147467259

If someone was aware of the above problem, please let

me know how Ineed to fix it.

Hi Madhava,

Open the file <b>c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\services</b> in your workstation using Wordpad.

Add the following line in the services file.

<b><b>sapdp00 3200/tcp</b></b> and save the file.

Try. It should work.

When i m trying to setup an entry in saplogon it gives me an error

partner not reached(host shivdikar,service sapdp00)

Hi,

Try this.

start run

type "sapgui <hostname> <instanceno>"

e.g. sapgui p7384858 00(where p7384858 is hostname and 00 is the instance no.)

I did tried what ever u suggested but still am getting same error,this time what did i do is, i exit from Macrfee and system was asking some kind of gran permission i said ok and finally i was connected but when i tried second time again i got error(wsaeconnrefused),i think something is stoping from access related thing iam not sure what it is,i think with this clue will u able to give some suggestion?

Hi,

Give your Instance no in place of System Number. Type your SID in System ID. Give fully qualified name in application server.

Hi

I was unable to locate the SID, so i couldn't fix the problem as per ur suggestion,i have Windows EXP in my computer.

Please let me know if there is any other alternative

way to fix this problem.
