STPO (cancellation of PGI through VL09)

Hi

I have done STPO using following cycle

1.ME27-created PO

2.VL10B- Created out bond delivery

3.VL06G-Goods issue

4.VF01- Proforma Invoice

5.J1IIN- Excise Invoice

I have done all above things. Now I wanted to cancel all documents and postings. I i have followed following steps.

1.J1IH- cancelled excise invoice

2. VF11- cancelled Billing

3. VL09-I am not able to do Goods issue cancellation. It is saying no data available for these selection criteria.

i went through VL09 and entered my delivery number in outbond delivery field executed system giving error " No data available for these selection criteria". message number is VB610. if enter date range in date field(vl09) without entering delivery number, system will show you other delivery document but it will not show you required (our)delivery number.

I am not able to cancel post goods issue through VL09. so please give me a solution.

Can u just clarify why is that u`ve created a PO and then subsequent to that u`ve done a PGI ??
