Initial Portfolio Management screen in xRPM is not getting displayed

Hi,

We have installed CPRXRPM 4.0. When I click under Portfolio Management I get the following message.

No Portfolios exist.

No portfolio was found: Contact your system administrator

Configure link to show as startup page.

When I go and click on the Administration link the following message gets displayed

No Portfolios exist.

Configure link to show as startup page.

I am not sure if this is an installation issue or I need to setup any startup data for the application to start displaying the initial set of screen. Can someone help me here.

Please check if navigation link is difined or not, please also check if you already have defined portofolio or not.

Iam also facing the same error,

I have installed the xrpm and apply the business package of protfolio.

All the configuring steps i have done but it is showing the error

"No protfolio exist".

wheter any configuration should be done further.

Hi

Have you done the configurations in SPRO?

Check to see if the navigation is proper. Try to copy from standard. This error usually occurs when navigation is not properly set and hence it doesnt know which data to display.
