Hi Ravi,
The best way to maintain production version in the MRP4 view for the with combination of one routing and one BOM and give the seelction criteria with lot size like production version1 will be for 0-50 pieces lot and production version2 will be 51 to100 like this.
If not then you have option to maintain the quota arrangement for diffrenet routings and BOM and maintain with priority OR percentage as per the rquirements of business.
Please rewards points to all suitable answer.

Hi,
A material can have multiple boms and different routings with different lotsizes.
When creating a production orders the system selects the routing and bom as
defined in order type dependent parameters.
In OPL8 we need to define a routing selection key which defines
1. whether routing or reference op set to selected
2. if selected whether automatic or manual selection
3. Routing category ie ref op set or routing
4. If the system is going to select a routing automatically then the system
will search for all the available routings .
5. we need to define a routing selection id in which priority will be given
based on the routing status/ routing usage/type of routing.
Based on this routing is selected.
Bom selection:
In the material master we define how a BOMis going to
be selected in MRP 4 View.
1. Selection by order qty
2. selection by explosion date
3. selection by production version
4. selection only by production version.
Also in OPL8 we define Bom application.
For this application we assign a selection id.
In this selection id we define the priority for various
BOM usages.
