Popup message the SAPGUI login screen

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can create a popup message at the SAPGUI login screen? I need to display a security disclaimer message about 100 words with an option to accept or cancel. Any assistance will be well appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Patrick,

The logon screen you get comes from each individual SAP system you need to log on to. It has been a long time since I worked with it. I believe the is a user exit but I think it is PAI (process after input) You should be able to modify the program to put a pop up first. I can't remember the name of the program. I suggest you ask the question in the ABAP forum under the Web AS heading. Here is the link:

Something else I have seen is putting the disclaimer on the logon page. It was worded that if they continued with the logon, they agreed to the disclaimer. They can hit the logoff if they don't agree. That seems like a easier option to me.
