Tray settings for SAP Printers

All,

I have a printer PO01. In SPAD i have maintained the settings that it should use Tray1. At OS Level the Printer is configured to use Tray 2.

Now, whenever i try to give a print from SAP it uses Tray2 and not Tray 1(which is set at SPAD).

I think settings in SAP( SPAD) should overide the OS LevelSettings. Is it not so?

Please throw some light.

Hi Bidwan,

I almost sure that the tray must be set to Auto in thr printer so it can pick the request when printing from SAP.

It will override, if you are using print server.
