Points lising top 3 memebers

In forum, we have list of top 3 contributors for 30 days & all times. How to find the current status of point since contest, as I understand that top 3 contributors are recognized in SAP TechEd.

Is it that top 3 of all time is recognized?

Is it that top 3 from the contest date i.e 1st August considered?

Are top 3 for last 30 days as on 31st July considered?

Are top 2 from all section of forum considered?

I know the list is huge, but it is for better understanding of myself & forum.
