Phases in a Rollout Project.

Hi All,

Are the phases ( Proj Prep, Business, Blue print etc ) the same in a rollout project as they are for the implementation project, if yes then why or are there any other different phases if so why. Please do let me know.

Hi Atul,

Rollout :

1.The company might have purchased new plant for which we have to do the necessary things as per the Client requirement.

2.In the Existing company they want to go for new things like( Eg:- EDI Immplementation for a particular plant and sales area)

3.in the Existing company,they might be using some programs for which they dont want to use the same in the coming furture etc.,

the above cases can be called as Roll out.

Like immplementation we dont have any phases in the roll out but we have to complete the rollout as specified date by the client.

Hi

in Roll out project,Generally data migration and end user training takes place,But if a company going for seperate implementation in that area also then again implementationa and all the phases comes in to picture
