R3SETUP ERROR during 3.1I INSTALLATION

Hello,

I am Installing SAP R/3 3.1I system on AIX 5.3 I am stuck on with my R3SETUP which is giving me error as below. R3SETUP is unable to find LABLE.ASC which is there on the belwo kernel patch don't knwo why R3SETUP can't read the file..

Probably ur using wrong cd's pls chk the documentation and proceed

I found the solution for the problem in SAPNOTE which ask to edit the LABLE.ASC and it works.

a) afaik 3.1i is no longer supported...

b) which kernel release do you use?

c) why not edit the LABEL.ASC on the cd so that the checked label and the one on the cd match?
