In gap analysis how can we reduce gap?

Hi

Gaps are nothng but the cracks,Where customer asks or some functionality which is not there in SAP,so for that we take the help of the technical people to reduce the gaps,This is done by slightly modifieng the SAP functionality Or USERexits,Enchncements ..etc

Gap is nothing but the business requirement doesnt support by the SAP, this case the gap will converted as custom development line report, user exit and so on.
