XI and central SLD - connection problem

Hi All

we have an XI integration server and a central SLD on a separate server (solution manager). I've one user for XI and SLD. I can access to both system separately. If i start the monitoring in XI i get following communication error:

Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access!

It's also impossible to connect from Integration Repository to the SLD.

Any suggestions?

Michael,

Go to transaction SLDAPICUST on XI and check if the SLD deatils and crenetials maintained are correct.

i added a line with my SLD user to the SLDAPICUST as primary.

But, no change.

Hi,

we found the cause of our problem.

We had to add following XI service user to the SLD:

- PIREPUSER

- PIDIRUSER

- PIISUSER

- PIRWBUSER

- PIAFUSER

- PILDUSER
