Windows patch and SAP

Is there any place, i.e. blog, wiki, forum, discuss about Windows patch and SAP system conflict? You know, every month M$ will release patches. How can I ensure those will not affect my SAP system?

hi, have a look into sapnote 30.478..sap states that:

"<i>In addition to Service Packs, <b>Microsoft also provides security patches</b>. We would like to point out that <b>we do not test these security patches</b> and do <b>not accept any responsibility</b> for importing security patches. However, importing these security patches <b>should not affect the standard functions</b> of the Windows operating system. Nevertheless, if problems occur after you import the security patches, you can always uninstall the security patch.</i>"
