Modify PO Form

Hi,

I am modifying standard sap program and creating a new form for Purchase Orders. My new program and form are assigned to proper output type.

Bt I don't know, how to see my sap script from ME21. I can see print icon but I want to see my script in print preview.

Pl guide me, how to see my script in print preview.

Hi Hardik,

You can see the print preview button on the initial screen..

Press that and it will open a dialog box which will have all the successful output types triggered for the PO..

Make sure that ur Output type has been triggered and that u can check by following the path..

GOTO->MESSAGES..

there u can select the output type that u need to trigger for printing the outptut..

Select ur output type and again at the bottom press the icon for preview...

This option is available with me22n. bt I am working on version 4.5b that has only ME22. i dont see print preview option.

any suggestion....

There is other way of doing that...

HEADER->MESSAGES..

Select your output type and in communication Method uncheck the Box

Print Immediately and Release after output..

Then save it...

then check for the processing log..it will give u the Spool Numbe generated and there u can check the output..

SYSTEM->Own Spool Request.
