Cross Catalog Search - Not working properly? Please guide

Hi SRM Gurus,

We have activated the cross catalog search in some of our catalogs in the IMG activity " Define External Services".

However,when I am trying to execute for a search term I am getting the error message " URL http://XXXXX/sap/bc/gui/sap/BBP_OCI_AGENT/! call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available."

In SICF, The service "/default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbp_oci_agent service is active.

When I tried to test the service in SICF, I am getting following error message

"The URL http://srmdev.indosat.co.id:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbp_oci_agent was not called due to an error" and note: The following error text was processed in the system ISD : Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist.

Please guide me in how to go about.

Which SRM version are you using ?

Hi Atul,

Thank you so much. Before trying with Notes 851006, we tried with 1027111. This worked well.
