Hi Alex,

SDM is part of JDI, which is included in the WebAS package. JDI can also be installed seperately.If you have an Service Marketplace account you can download the official Version from http://service.sap.com/swdc.

U may also find relevant information here

There is a .bat file for SDM. Here is the path:

\usr\sap\<sys_id>\JC01\SDM\program\RemoteGui.bat

In Section: "Support Packages & Patches" you can find SAP SOFTW. DELIV. MANAGER 7.0x.
It has also attached a guiding pdf

If you have already installed the Java WAS, SDM should be by default installed. Else download from the above post.
