Bidder user role in SRM replicated from SUS

In SUS, a vendor will create a bidder user with SUS role SAP_EC_SUS_BIDDER.

This bidder user is replicated to SRM automatically, and is assigned the SRM role SAP_EC_BBP_BIDDER and SAP_BBP_STAL_BIDDER.

Does anyone know how the role assignment in SRM is determined? We want to assign custom Z roles for these replicated bidders from SUS, but so far, the role assignment is done automatically, and I don't know how I can control what role is assigned to the bidder users in SRM.

Is there some config somewhere or is this assignment hard-coded?

Which SRM version are you using ?

maybe i wasn't clear in my original post...

the role assignment for bidder in SRM is automatic, and I don't where this assignment is controlled and I need to control what role the bidder receives.

if this was a manual then I wouldn't have this issue, but since the user replication is automatic, and the role assignment automatic, the problem becomes WHERE does the system pick up the bidder role and assigns to this bidder user.

SAP came with saying this is a configuration issue.

What configuration is this done in??
