Hi.,

Gaps are nothing but cracks in SAP,Means a customer wants some additinal fields in SAP apart from the standard functionality these are cracks.,

For example in VA01 we dont have the customer phone number & Fax number,We can do it through user exits,we can have a additional filed like customer phone number Or Fax number in VA01 through exit

Hi.,

In sales order we have sold to party and ship to party ,So if the client requirement is to automatically pop up the sold to party when he enter in to VA01,we use user exit,For this also we need to give the functional specification

I will sen you the doccument if i finds for this user exit,give your mail id
