Wrong material document is reversed when doing VL09 of old delivery

Hello Gurus

Every year we archive material documents and use the same number range for future years. There were two deliveries with same material document number, Delivery X from 2005 and Delivery Y from 2006. When we reversed PGI for delivery X the new material document which got generated used the material and quantity from delivery Y. This new material document shows up in document flow of delivery X.

I checked OSS notes and ran ZZWASTOR but this report does not fix the issue.

Please help me get this new reversed material document cancelled. I cannot do this using MB11 as the movement type is 603.

Hi Nandha,

Thanks for looking into this issue, but since this material doc was created using delivery we will not be able to reverse using MBST. It would give error "This material document was generated through the posting of a physical inventory document, a delivery via Shipping, or some other automatic movement (such as an order confirmation in PP or a usage decision in QM) and cannot be processed with this function."
