We're currently running SRM 4.0 in an extended classic setup and have been live since Dec. 06. During that time we have been having multiple issues surround the approval preview screen. A couple issues that we're now encountering are as follows:
1. Limit PO in SRM doesn't show who approved the PO valued at $100,000.00, but when you click on "Display Changes" you can see the approver under the status header. The message in the approval preview is "Approval step without ad-hoc capibility. No preview possible".
2. Shopping cart shows rejected however the Shopping cart approval preview doesn't show the rejection and the subsequent approval. However, if you click on "Display Changes" you can see the rejection and approval. Why aren't these approval actions being listed on the approval preview?
