Hello,
We are trying to built the sample WDA application with the interactive form, as described in the video of Thomas Jung.
Unfortunately, we are not able to activate the form.
In SE80, we don't see any errors at all. It simply isn't activated.
When we try to activate the form in trx SFP, the error "error during activation", is displayed, but no log, no solutions.
We use an Netweaver 2004s system ( WAS700 ) and the Adobe Lifecycle Designer 7.1
Anybody can help us on this issue ?
Thanks in advance,
Yoeri
Hello Yoeri,
I've a similar problem but when I try to activate the form there is an error number: EU837. Unfortunately there is no further advice. I tried the search-function but could not find anything.
Did you find out any solution for your problem?
Is there someone else who can give me a hint?
Thanks in advance,
Nadin
Edit:
Updating SAP GUI to 6.40 was the solution in my case.

Hi Yoeri,
did you install Reader Rights Credential (the note 736902 - Adobe Credentials; the page 35 in ConfigADS_NW2004s_SPS10.pdf)? It is needed for interactive forms (for print forms not).
You can switch on logging in transaction SFP, menu Utilities -> Settings.

Michal

Hi Michal,
important to mention : we did setup an interactive form scenario for the JAVA stack as well, which is working properly.
the ABAP stack uses the same ADS connectivity, therefore I think that the credentials should be ok..
This is very strange behaviour. everything seems to be fine, but even an empty form object cannot be activated.
So far we've checked ADS, GUI patches, service packs, etc.
Hi,
have you checked the ADS?
Thanks and Regards,
Anto.
