Hi Guru's
Perhaps somebody can give me a answer to below mentioned question(s).
We are implementing a central SLD on hostA (our XI/PX production server) and we want to connect hostX and hostZ to the central SLD. What do we have to do on HostA, HostX and HostZ. I am thinking about "sldapicust", Rfc connections, RZ70 etc. Who can give me a overview what to do on the mentioned hosts
cheers
Richard
Richard,

You have got most of things right.
Apart from this on the Central SLD you would need to create a business system with role as Integration Server for each Host A and Host X and then use this in your SXMB_ADM.

Hi,
there are several things that you have to do, but in general, look at the following notes:
especially:
720717 - Reduce the number of System Landscape Directories
939592 PI Usage Configuration versus Central SLD
but also
988168 Adapting SLD to multiple host names for integration
764393 Configuration of the SAP System Landscape Directory
These should help you, especially the two first ones. Do it carefully, otherwise you will have some problems.
Luck,
Regards,
Jaime
