Processing a GOA: Lock, Delete and Close

Hi all,

When I’m processing a Global Outline Agreement I have different options, three of them are: Lock, Delete and Close. Could anybody tell me the diference between them in relation to GOA?

Hi Mar,

Lock: Lock usage from other users; still there and visible. You can only lock a document if it has not been distributed

Delete: Delition of the full document; makes sense when there are no POs yet

Close: Closes the document for usage; e.g. close before expire. eqivalent to close SC.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Do you know the consecuences of doing a PO referring to a contract and then deleting the contract? and if the purchaser closes the contract after creating a PO?
